Pico is an agentic operations manager. An always-on gateway speaks to the chat platform (Pumble today), and a brain agent decomposes messages into Notion cards through an MCP tool surface. Chat is pluggable: swapping platforms means rewriting one directory.

- 01Notion OAuth so it can write to anyone's workspace
- 02Dedupe, validation, editing, and undo before anything is filed
- 03Shows its plan first, and takes corrections as chat replies
